About the Study

This 3-week study run by researchers at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) measures stress and emotional experiences during your daily life as well as physiological responses like blood pressure and heart rate.

Why Participate?

Your participation will help contribute to scientific knowledge about stress and blood pressure in daily life. Your participation will also help improve measurement of blood pressure through smartphones and wearables. In addition, during the study you will receive insights into when and how much you experience different levels of stress, information about your sleeping patterns, well-being, and how your body responds during stress.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Participants who completed the initial version of the My BP Lab study were entered into a lottery to win a Samsung Galaxy 9 phone. We will be announcing the 20 winners of the My BP Lab 1.0 lottery on Wednesday, March 20th, 2019. If you are a winner, you will receive notification via email from an @ucsf.edu email account to the email address you provided when you signed up for My BP Lab.

This is the conclusion of the lottery, there will be no lottery for My BP Lab 2.0.
