Does the Samsung Note 10/Note 10+ have a blood pressure sensor?
The Samsung Note 10 and Note 10+ do not have built-in optic sensors to measure heart rate and blood pressure. In order to measure your blood pressure using the Note 10 or Note 10+ you will need a compatible wearable, which currently include a Galaxy Watch Active wearable.

I just bought a Samsung Note 10/Note 10+, how do I join this study?
In order to join My BP Lab using your Note 10 or Note 10+, you must have a compatible Galaxy Watch Active wearable. For newer devices, Samsung has moved the health sensors to their wearable devices. Simply connect your Galaxy Watch Active wearable to your Note 10 or Note 10+ prior to launching the My BP Lab. The app and the app will detect your watch and allow you to join the study. If you do not have a compatible wearable connected to your Note 10 or Note 10+, you will be unable to join or log into My BP Lab.

I just bought a Samsung Note 10/Note 10+, how do I open my My BP Lab account on my new phone?
In order to use My BP Lab on your Note 10 or Note 10+, you must have a compatible Galaxy Watch Active wearable. The Note 10 series no longer has the optic sensor to measure heart rate and blood pressure - those sensors are now available in Samsung’s wearables. Simply connect your Galaxy Watch Active wearable to your Note 10 or Note 10+ prior to launching the My BP Lab. The app and the app will detect your wearable and allow you to log into your account. If you do not have a compatible wearable connected to your Note 10 or Note 10+, you will be unable to access your My BP Lab on your Note 10 or Note 10+. You can always access your account on your older device to view your history or take measurements. If you would like to download your data, you can do so through the “settings” tab on My BP Lab using your old device.
